  1. Thanks for sharing these links Eric. I particularly liked the post on Tapping Into Employee's Passion. I whole-heartedly believe in this. As managers we often look for ways to boost productivity as an accountant would – from a cost/time/benefit. I think we do much less of boosting our people's productivity by tapping into their passion and helping them create energy to achieve goals because they really want to – and nothing else.
