Gamification Revisited
I like the idea but don't know many organizations where this system wouldn't be seen immediately as 'gimmicky' but I'm going to be thinking more about it.

Gamification as a Rewards Systems (?)
What if you build a gamification platform as a rewards platform for IT professionals to share knowledge within IT and outside of IT, do you think it would work?
