Great Egret – White Rock Lake

With all the snow here in Dallas, I thought I’d post a photo from warmer days.

I took the 1D Mark III down to White Rock Lake in Dallas last week to learn how to use it. :) I captured this Great Egret hanging out in a tree across the creek. Captured him with the 1D Mark III with my Canon 400mm 5.6 L + 1.4x Extender sitting on my Indruo CT 314 Tripod.
