Foto Friday – Pear Tree Blooms

I took our Canon 5D Mark II out over the weekend (with the Canon 50mm 1.2 L attached) and grabbed some shots from our backyard trees and plants. This is our pear tree (bradford pear?) in bloom.

Captured with Canon 5D Mark II with Canon 50mm 1.2 L.

Beautiful! I love macro shots! They give a new meaning to the subject. I’ve a Nikon D40 and have been experimenting with it since quite sometime. Loved the “Elephant Eye” and “Grand Prismatic Spring” from your Foto Friday collection 🙂 Thanks for sharing!
