CIOs and IT pros face a choice: keep the lights on or drive new technology initiatives. The role is changing, and now is the time to step up.
The cloud is here to stay, but let us stop calling it the next big thing. It is simply another infrastructure option for organizations.
When you hear 'Nobody knows what we do till it breaks,' stop and ask the nearest non-IT person how you can help solve their problems.
