		<description>Well written Eric,&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I would go so far as to say the the technology function (IT, Business Tech, what ever term you choose) will **all** have to become more comfortable in a role that is less plugging in cables, servers or code into a more abstracted stewardship of data and the business processes that support or are affected by it.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Thanks and regards!</description>
