		<description>Thanks for sharing these links Eric. I particularly liked the post on Tapping Into Employee&#039;s Passion. I whole-heartedly believe in this. As managers we often look for ways to boost productivity as an accountant would - from a cost/time/benefit. I think we do much less of boosting our people&#039;s productivity by tapping into their passion and helping them create energy to achieve goals because they really want to - and nothing else.</description>
