I just want to climb on board here with your emphasis on the importance of integrity. You&#039;re right that many people just glide past it thinking simply - &quot;honesty, great, got that&quot; - but, as you say, it is a lot more - and a lot harder - than merely that. It can be described as being sure that you are in fact what you represent yourself to be - whether that is a technical expert, a worker, or a manager. And, as you also point out, if you can&#039;t do that, then attempting the rest is a pointless - even a duplicitous - exercise.
