<description>I&#039;ve never thought experience by itself would help out on the ability to do tasks. What experience can give you is the ability to sort through the &quot;social&quot; aspects of the work -- who is best to do what task, what needs to be done to overcome objections, and getting the &#039;context&#039; behind the proposals. This is no small thing, but the experience points are right on. Experience doesn&#039;t give us performance -- I wonder if it helps with judgement, but that&#039;s a different arena...</description>
