Erik Mazzone posted a thoughtful question in his post titled “A Question“. An excerpt:

What is the one most important conversation that you have not had — the one that if you would do, would make the biggest impact on your work life right now?

But its not just the question that Erik poses that makes it a great post, its the suggestion he makes later on:

Ok, have you identified it? Good. Now, if you do not walk away from your computer and pick up the phone or tap the person on the shoulder to initiate that conversation — what does that say for your leadership skills?

Keep up the good work Erik!
