This kind of thinking and communicating is in demand right now as the legacy businesses are struggling to adapt to new models of organization and thinking. (Before grad school I used to hate the buzz words of &#039;new paradigm&#039; or &#039;new thinking&#039;, but I have to admit that as soon as I started studying I saw immediately how real these forces actually are in the business community today.)</description>
