Tracie and I spent 7 wonderful days in Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park and the surrounding area.

Loved the trip and the area.

Recommendation: If you visit the area, check out Flanigan’s Villas or Flanigan’s Inn in Springdale UT as places to stay. Wonderful people, service and villa (we stayed in one of the Villas).

Check my Flickr photostream for more.

We made it to Wilmington NC on Sat Sept 6th and found that our condo had no electricity. Due to the timing, we stayed in the condo Saturday evening but were then moved into a House on the beach. The house is wonderful (pics coming soon)…4 Bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 3 levels, 3 decks and on the beach.

Here are a few pictures from the beach so far:

Our Vacation Rental:

View from our Deck:

Another view from our Deck:

A pelican flying (got it with my 100-400…not a bad shot for a newbie!).
