So maybe a good plan would be to finish MSIS first, and then enroll in the D.Sc. program. It looks like 10 or 11 courses are required for MSIS, and then an addition 12 courses for the D.Sc. I'm strongly considering switching gears and enrolling in the MSIS program, but I'm waiting on some answers to question regarding tuition. I have several options to pay tuition (i.e. GI Bill), but trying to see how flexible they are with how to pay. Thanks for any help or addition info you can offer. If i were you, I'd look at programs that let you earn the MS on the way to a Ph.D. It makes things better for you if you decide the doctorate isn't for you...at least you get the MS during the journey.
